Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was incredible! The rooms were beautiful, large, fresh, clean, and oh-so-comfortable. The service was extremely friendly and professional, going above and beyond to make my experience memorable. The location was perfect, with modern amenities and windows overlooking Boston. The dining was top-notch, and the facilities were exceptional. However, the rooms could use a refresh for sure, and the experience felt a bit outdated compared to years past.
The hotel is in a fantastic location right in the heart of Back Bay on Copley Square, making it a great place to stay. The rooms are spacious with two double beds, ideal even for families with young adults. The service is attentive and the staff is super friendly and professional. However, the dining options are a bit lacking in variety. The hotel offers pet amenities and valet parking, adding to the overall convenience.
I had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, with lots of indulgent extras like the free breakfast and snacks, which was a lovely upgrade from my original reservation. However, the room felt a bit too exposed as light from the corridor shone under the door all night.
I stayed at the hotel in a quieter area, away from the bustle of Copley Square, led by the outstanding Gold Floor Manager Jonathan and the fantastic Gold Supervisor Alja Omerovic. The room, although dark and distant from the elevator, offered a unique view of a tranquil courtyard. The service was generally helpful and pleasant, despite some confusion among staff about room locations. The prime location made it easy for out-of-town guests to explore the city on foot or by a quick cab ride. The dining experience, particularly at the Fairmont Gold lounge, was of excellent quality, with an early breakfast option available until 7 am. The facilities were modern and featured windows overlooking the vibrant city of Boston.
I found the hotel to have its ups and downs. While the rooms were turned over daily and suitable for solo travelers, I was disappointed by the cramped bathroom and low-quality toilet flushing system. On the bright side, the location was perfect for me, and the service staff were helpful and cheery. The dining options were decent though somewhat limited, and overall, the hotel had its fair share of positives and negatives.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were beautiful, very clean, and equipped with everything we could possibly need, even an umbrella which came in very useful one evening. The service was extremely helpful and friendly, going out of their way to make my daughter's wedding celebration a total success. The location is amazing, within walking distance to great shopping, fine dining, and city sights, making it a relaxing venue away from the Convention Centre. However, the dining options were limited and relatively expensive.
